Every ArtJoy custom piece begins with a conversation. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling, we work with you to bring it to life — handcrafted using sustainable materials, fine art techniques, and deep intention.
How It Works
Reach Out
Send us an email at artjoyph@protonmail.com with the subject line "Custom Order Inquiry." Tell us what you have in mind — an occasion, a material, a feeling, a sketch, a reference image, or even just a few words. No idea is too rough to share.
Consultation & Concept
We'll reply within 2-3 business days to set up a consultation. Together we'll explore materials (recycled metals, upcycled stingray leather, driftwood, lab-grown gemstones), dimensions, wearability, and the story you want the piece to tell. We'll then develop an initial concept for your review.
Quote & Approval
Once the concept is refined, we'll send you a detailed quote covering materials, labor, and estimated timeline. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. We'll confirm the design details in writing before a single tool is picked up.
Handcrafted with Care
Your piece is made slowly and intentionally by our skilled craftsmen in small batches. Using fine art techniques — watercolor, sculpture, metalwork — each commission is treated like an art series: expressive, deliberate, and deeply personal. Please allow 8 weeks for creation.
Final Review & Delivery
Before shipping, we'll share photos of the finished piece for your approval. The remaining balance is due at this stage. Your commission is then carefully packaged and sent to you — along with its story, care instructions, and our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.
Good to Know
- Custom pricing varies depending on materials and complexity. Most commissions start at ₱25,000.
- Natural materials (driftwood, stingray leather, found objects) may have minor imperfections — this is part of their beauty.
- No two custom pieces are exactly alike.
- We accept a limited number of commissions each month to ensure quality.
- All custom pieces are covered by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.
